Surfing Heritage and Culture Center proudly presents "Harbour Surfboards, a Retrospective."

Please join Rich, family, friends and team riders as we celebrate the life of shaping icon Rich Harbour and the 58 year legacy of Harbour Surfboards, Saturday, June 24 from 6-9pm! Many of Rich’s partners and proteges will be in attendance to honor the Harbour Surfboards legacy and talk story.

"If you were going to have one pal in the surf industry, Rich would be it. He’d make you the best-looking board, take a hot photo of you riding it, and buy beers later that afternoon. Show up five, 10, 25 years later, and he’d do it again.”

Matt Warshaw, Encyclopedia of Surfing

Rich is hand-making a signed, display D fin, from curly Redwood burl, which will be raffled off during the evening! Quiksilver is producing a limited run of 100 tees that will be available for purchase—while supplies last. We'll have food from Mahé as well as wine from Longboard Vineyards, beer from Left Coast Brewing Co., Kona Red Coffee energy drinks and Hawaiian Spring Waters. Admission is free for SHACC members, $5 for non-members. Doors open at 6.
