  Brixton announces new global

Oceanside, CA – (January 16, 2015) – Brixton is excited to announce “Brixton Broadcast,” a new global music event series launching January 19 at Bassy Club in Berlin, Germany. The first music event features The King Khan & BBQ Show along with Spit Shake Sisters and will be followed by a two-day “Brixton Broadcast” event in Austin, TX during the SXSW music festival in March. “Brixton Broadcast” events will also be held in California, New York, Europe and Australia later this year.

“We’re excited to expand our music events globally in 2015,” said Brixton Co-founder and Brand Manager David Stoddard. “Our goal with “Brixton Broadcast” is to bring a fun, real, music experience to different cities all over the world and most importantly, make it easy for people to see some of their favorite bands.”

Another unique aspect of “Brixton Broadcast” will be artist collaborations. Brixton plans to team up with different artists on special event creative as well as onsite art installations, providing attendees with a fun, interactive music and art experience.

Prior to “Brixton Broadcast” Brixton hosted multiple music events across the globe that featured a diverse line-up of both veteran and up-and-coming bands and over the years included acts like The Spits, King Tuff, Dinosaur Jr., Lucero, Thee Oh Sees, Bass Drum of Death, Reigning Sound and more.

Over the next few years Brixton plans to grow the “Brixton Broadcast” franchise, adding more shows around the world.
