Volcom unveils new branding at party for retailers

Volcom hosted a party for retailers in town for Agenda at Volcom headquarters Wednesday night to unveil new branding and the next evolution of the company.

Volcom’s new brand statement is True to This Since 1991. Previously it was Youth Against Establishment.

The goal is to showcase what the brand is for, rather than what it is against as it moves into the next phase of its development, executives said.




Look for Volcom to highlight what it calls the “spiritual intoxication” that comes from boardriding in its marketing going forward as it moves away from the previous collage aesthetic.
