Rip Curl names new Group CEO

Rip Curl Chief Operating Officer Michael Daly has been named Group CEO of the company effective July 1.
Michael spent the past two years working out of Rip Curl’s U.S. offices in Costa Mesa, and recently returned to Australia.
Daly has been with Rip Curl 11 years, including in the role of Group CFO.
Rip Curl co-founder founder Brian Singer held the Group CEO title before Daly on an interim basis after former Group CEO and head of European operations Olivier Cantet stepped down. Singer will return to his role as Founder Director.
