Portland, OR – January 17th, 2012 – Holden is proud to introduce its first entry into the footwear segment with the launch of the Holden slippers, as part of its mission to deliver comfort, quality, and style to the modern-day active man and woman.

 

Most slippers are designed for inside wear only, but Holden has found a practical solution for snowy strolls by introducing quilted, insulated, street-ready slippers – all without sacrificing style. Designed with the snow sport enthusiast in mind, the après sneaker-inspired slippers are the perfect footwear choice after a long day on the hill.

 

Fully insulated for comfort and warmth, the Holden slippers feature an elastic draw cord that secures them on your feet, yet makes it easy to slip on and off. The thin gum rubber sole gives it the durability to wear outside, but comfortable enough to wear inside, and all day long.

 

The Holden slippers will be the first thing you grab when you need to rush to the mountain, shovel out the driveway, or get out of your snowboard boots. ‘Easy like Sunday mornin’.

 

The official slipper of Baldface Lodge, here’s what Jeff Pensiero, owner of Baldface Lodge, had to say about the Holden slippers: “Slippers are an essential Part of the Baldface experience. Owner and Professional Snowboarder Mikey LeBlanc says,“After a long day of riding we all love to untie those icy laces and get out of our boots to slip into something more comfortable.
