Richard Woolcott takes on Chairman title

Volcom announced yesterday that Richard Woolcott is now the chairman of the board in addition to CEO.
Chief Operating Officer Jason Steris, left, will take on the additional title of company president.
Former Chairman René Woolcott, Richard's father, will stay on as an active member of the board.
Douglas S. Ingram, who has served on the company's board since June 2005, has been appointed the lead independent director.
