Nordstrom February sales sag

Nordstrom is getting pinched by slower consumer spending, especially the company's full-priced stores.


Total Same-store sales: down 5.8 percent


Full-priced stores: down 8.3 percent


Nordstrom Rack: up 5.8 percent


Strong categories: Designer apparel, shoes and accessories; women's activewear, hosiery and intimate apparel; cosmetics.


Best regions: Midwest, Northwest, South
