PacSun board member resigns

Editor's note: Pacific Sunwear filed the following notice with the SEC Monday.
"On February 3, 2012, Grace Nichols gave notice to the Board that she will resign as a director of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (the "Company"), effective as of June 15, 2012. Ms. Nichols advised the Chairman of the Board of the Company that her resignation is not the result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices."
