After a few short months on the job as National Sales Manager for Footwear and Men's Accessories, O'Neill has promoted Courtney Kincaid to Director of Men's Sales.

Prior to joining the La Jolla Group, which has the license for O'Neill clothing and accessories, Courtney worked at Reef as Director of Sales for the Americas.

Here's the press release on his new job:

O'Neill is pleased to announce the promotion of Courtney Kincaid to Director of Men's Sales.

Courtney joined O'Neill in July 2011 as the National Sales Manager for Footwear and Men’s Accessories reporting to O’Neill VP of Sales John Hunt. Since then, he has quickly become an integral part of the sales team.

Courtney comes to O’Neill with a long tenure in the action sportswear industry. He was most recently at Reef where he spent the past five years as Director of Sales for the Americas. Prior to that, Courtney spent a number of years at Oakley as a Sales Manager.

"Court's previous business experience in footwear, apparel and accessories, as well as sales management, have already become invaluable to the company," said O'Neill's Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Steve Ward.

"He has proven to be a great fit within the team, and we are excited to see him excel in his new role."
