Mark Miller departs from K-Swiss

Mark Miller

October 11, 2011 08:56 AM

Mark Miller is now longer with K-Swiss, Mark told me this week.

His last day was Friday.

At K-Swiss, Mark was the President of a new Orange County/Youth Division. He was also President of MMA brand FORM Athletics, which he founded and sold to K-Swiss.

Mark joined K-Swiss in July 2010.

Previously, Mark served as the SVP and General Manger of DC Shoes in the Americas.

K-Swiss Executive Vice President David Nichols told me this morning that most of the Orange County team has been consolidated into K-Swiss’ Westlake Office. Kelly Magrath, also formerly of DC Shoes, will now lead the Youth Division, Nichols said.

FORM will continue and remains a long-term strategic project for K-Swiss, Nichols said.

In its most recently filed financial results, K-Swiss worldwide revenue grew 40% to $65.5 million in the quarter ended June 30.

The company's net loss grew to $20 million vs. a net loss of $14.5 million during the same period last year.
