July 11, 2011 08:36 PM

Press Release:

Los Angeles (July 2011)—The AGENDA Trade Show is gearing up to return to Huntington Beach, Calif. August 3-4 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach. Entering its ninth year since its launch in 2003, the show has catapulted onto the streetwear and footwear trade show circuit and continues to grow exponentially.

Now, featuring surf front and center alongside the anticipated lifestyle, skate and street brands, the independently owned AGENDA Huntington Beach Trade Show will feature over 250+ brands including Volcom, RVCV, Hurley, OBEY, DC Shoes, The Hundreds, Nike, LRG and many more.

This year’s show will also continue a stronger presence of women’s categories, including brands like: O’Neill, Insight, Roxy, QSW, as well as the newcomer from …Lost, Black Sheep.

Another huge, new category for AGENDA is sandals. Brands such as Reef, OluKai, Freewaters, Sanuk and Cobian will be showing this August.

This year’s AGENDA Anaheim show in January brought over 5,000 attendees, including press and key retailers, Urban Outfitters, Zumiez, Tilly’s, PacSun, Karmaloop, Active Ride Shop and Zappos.com.

AGENDA Huntington Beach expects to surpass 7,000 attendees, as it will be AGENDA’s largest trade show to date, boasting an additional 30,000-sq.-ft. showroom space. The show will run concurrent with the 2011 Nike U.S. Open of Surfing, the largest action sports consumer festival in the world.

“This summer will be a benchmark show for AGENDA,” said Aaron Levant, AGENDA president. “We’re excited to be back in Huntington Beach and to share the city with the Nike U.S. Open of Surfing for the third year in a row.”

AGENDA Huntington Beach will be taking place August 3-4 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach. For more information, please visit www.agendashow.com.
