Zumiez appoints new board member

From a Zumiez SEC filing:
On July 1, Zumiez appointed Ernest R. Johnson to the company’s Board of Directors, according to a filing with the SEC.
Johnson, 60, has served as the Chairman of Cutter & Buck Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer for New Wave USA Inc. since November 2009. He was also CEO of Cutter & Buck from February 2006 to November 2009.
