Rip Curl, headquartered in Australia, is buying the retail chain Ozmosis, the company announced this week.

Ozmosis operates 19 stores in Victoria, Australia.

Several large retailers have been acquired by manufacturers in Australia, including Billabong's acquisition of 38 Surf Dive ‘n’ Ski and Jetty Surf retail stores last year.
