Urban Outfitters reports strong Q1 sales

I’m catching up on Urban Outfitters sales results for the first quarter ended April 30 that are worth noting because of their strength.
Total sales: up 25% to $480 million.
Total same store sales, including direct: up 16%
Retail comps by chain
Urban Outfitters: up 9%
Anthropologie: up 22%
Free People: up 25%
Terrain: up 22%
The company will release a full earnings report on May 13.
