Volcom board reinstates executive salaries

The Volcom Board of Directors has reinstated the salaries of Volcom’s executive team that had been previoulsy reduced in February 2009 because of the recession.

The reinstated base salaries do not include any raises from levels set in January 2009 except for CEO Richard Woolcott.

The board gave him a $6,260 increase from his decreased salary effective March 2009. So his reinstated salary is $2,597 higher than it was in January 2009.

Here are the 2010 base salaries for the executive team:

CEO/Chairman Richard Woolcott: $447,017

President/COO Jason Steris: $353,420

CFO/EVP Douglas Collier: $336,000

EVP of Sales Tom Ruiz: $336,000

EVP Marketing Troy Eckert: $336,000
