Skull Candy's Rick Alden lands magazine award

By TIFFANY MONTGOMERY | December 18, 2009 07:00 AM

Entrepreneur Magazine has named Skull Candy CEO Rick Alden Entrepreneur of the Year for 2009. Rick is on the cover of the magazine’s January 2010 issue.

Rick and his team have turned Skull Candy, which Rick founded in 2003, into a growth machine and the headphone company has big expansion plans.

I spent some quality time with Rick and other top executives at Skull Candy last week in Utah and had some very interesting conversations with them.

Look for that story in early January.

Here is a link to Entrepreneur Magazine’s story about Rick and the cover image, left.
