Bob Hurley, Rob Machado, Surfline execs, to bartend for earthquake relief

A fundraiser is set for Wednesday night at "A" Restaurant in Newport Beach to raise money for the victims of the Sumatra earthquake

"A" restaurant inviting you to a fun filled evening benefiting Surf Aid and its relief efforts for the recent Padang, Sumatra earthquake.

Guest bartenders Rob Machado, Sean Collins and Jonno Wells from Surfline, along with Bob Hurley and McG, and special guests will be serving you cool and refreshing beverages of your choice.

The evening is informal and kicks off at 6PM. No RSVP or tickets required. No silent auction, but donations received with gratitude. We will have a tip jar for Surf Aid on the bar and gladly accept cash and checks. Please bring your friends and your smile.

This recent quake was severe and tragic. Wednesday night is another great chance for our industry to give back to the victims of the quake and the wonderful people of Padang and the Mentawai Islands.
