O’Quinn Fashion show, Boost, Surfrider golf

First, my photographer friend Ryan Baker, 15, sent me some photos of the Boost Mobile Pro presented by Hurley over the weekend. Scroll down to see more of Ryan's photos. He's a sophomore at San Clemente High School.

O'Quinn, an upscale surf line in Huntington Beach, is having a fashion show in LA Thursday with Fred Segal, Malibu magazine and others (click read more for details). I'm still marveling at the O'Quinn chenille ponchos/sweaters partners Dean Quinn and Dale Rhodes showed me at ASR. Very nice.

Marisa Mudge from the Newport Beach chapter of the Surfrider Foundation sent me details about a Newport Beach Brewing Co. golf tournament benefitting Surfrider. The tournament is at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22 at Los Lagos Golf Course in Costa Mesa. The cost is $80 per person. Call Newport Beach Brewing Co. at 949-675-8449 with questions and an application.
