Bob Hurley, Aaron Pai, and U.S. Open winners honored by Huntington Beach

The City of Huntington Beach honored Bob Hurley, Huntington Surf & Sport owner Aaron Pai and U.S. Open winners Courtney Conlogue and Brett Simpson last night at the Huntington Beach City Council meeting.

The City Council agenda for the meeting had this brief note about it:

"Mayor (Kieth) Bohr to invite Bob Hurley and Brett Simpson to come forward and receive hearty congratulations for the outstanding U.S Open of Surfing competition held July 18 - 26th."
