Always a good daily read
Always a good daily read

Shop-Eat-Surf creates a good source of timely information about the industry. The site makes all types and size companies feel part of a community where everyone is stoked to hear about other companies successes and ideas. It is always a good daily read.

Executive Edition is a must have
Executive Edition is a must have

Before Shop-Eat-Surf, there were two sites I paid for premium content on. One is Surfline, the other is the Wall Street Journal. One is about all things surf, the other, the best business content site in the world. Shop-eat-surf is the intersection of those two worlds. Shop-Eat-Surf provides everything from coverage of events, people, brands and trends. However, beyond the Executive Edition "wall" is more meaty analysis and interpretation of financial statements, business models and brand philosophies; why certain brands and companies are succeeding, where others aren't. The Executive Edition is a must have read if the business of surf and action sports are on your radar screen.

Press Release:

LAKE FOREST, CA (January 26, 2012) – etnies is excited to welcome Matt “Wilko” Wilkinson to its surf team! Wilko charged his way into the top 30 ASP Men’s World Ranking and warmed people’s hearts with his vividly designed wetsuits and wild ways of life, making etnies proud to call him one of its own. He is celebrated with this video edit: http://etnies.com/blog/2012/1/26/wilko-lands-on-etnies/

The Australian native and 23-year-old goofy-footer knows how to keep things interesting while touring the world and documenting his “badass” life on his blog out2brunch.com. Wilko’s next event will be on his home turf at the Australian Open of Surfing in February.

"Wilko is an incredible talent," said Mike Regan, Global Brand Director. “He's the perfect fit for etnies. His style and personality align well with our brand. We’re very happy to have him and can’t wait to see him surf the 2012 ASP World Tour.”

Wilko’s first etnies video edit can be watched on etnies.com or etnies’ Vimeo and YouTube channels.
