etnies and Adult Swim Launch Footwear and Apparel Collaboration
Inspired by Adult Swim Characters and Designed by Its Artists, this Second Collection Hits Retail for the Holiday Season
NEW YORK – Adult Swim, the #1 television network for young adults, and etnies, the first skateboarder-owned and operated global action sports footwear and apparel company, have teamed up to create all-new Adult Swim-branded skateboard shoes, t-shirts and backpacks.
Inspired by some of the network’s most popular characters from its original series, and a f ew select pieces based on Metalocalypse, these products were designed by Adult Swim designers and will be available for sale at the Adult Swim Shop at adultswimshop.com and the etnies online store at etnies.com for the Holiday season.
Starting today, fans can log on to adultswimshop.com to select from a range of Adult Swim and etnies collaboration gear. Featured in the line are some Metalolcalypse-inspired items including two t-shirts ($24 each), a backpack ($60) and shoes, as well as an Adult Swim-branded t-shirt ($24) and backpack ($60).

This deal marks the second time two companies have collaborated to infuse the culture and creativity of both of their industry-leading brands. The first collaboration resulted in two different etnies shoes based on some of Adult Swim’s most popular shows and characters.
This year’s collection will feature the first ever t-shirts and backpacks between the two companies. Owned and run by former professional skateboarder Pierre-André Senizergues, etnies was founded more than 25 years ago and is currently one of the world’s leading skateboard footwear and apparel manufacturers.
