Executive Edition is a must have
Executive Edition is a must have

Before Shop-Eat-Surf, there were two sites I paid for premium content on. One is Surfline, the other is the Wall Street Journal. One is about all things surf, the other, the best business content site in the world. Shop-eat-surf is the intersection of those two worlds. Shop-Eat-Surf provides everything from coverage of events, people, brands and trends. However, beyond the Executive Edition "wall" is more meaty analysis and interpretation of financial statements, business models and brand philosophies; why certain brands and companies are succeeding, where others aren't. The Executive Edition is a must have read if the business of surf and action sports are on your radar screen.

HONOLULU (October 19, 2011) -- With less than four weeks until the start of the 2011 Vans Triple Crown of Surfing, presented by Rockstar Energy Drink gets underway, the official Vans Triple Crown of Surfing website is live. The 29th annual Vans Triple Crown of Surfing will run from November 12th through December 20th along Oahu's North Shore during its famous big wave winter season.

The updated website, with original artwork, a clean look and easy navigation among all three events, features the latest Triple Crown news updates, visitor information, and event photos and videos. When the series begins, the website will also feature The Daily Morning Show every day at 7:15 a.m.

HST live from the event site; live contest webcast; recap competition highlights; results; and offer daily video and photo updates. As the contest nears, Vans will debut Vans Live 2.0 allowing iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch users to experience live Vans Triple Crown of Surfing action while on the go. The app will be available for download on vanstriplecrownofsurfing.com and the iTunes store prior to this year's events.
