Richards joined Sport Dimension in October 2006, and has enjoyed success overseeing the development and growth of both the core and non-endemic segments of the action sports sales departments.
Under Richards' supervision Body Glove's core surf/dive/wake segment has recently flourished with a recent hire in Matt Patterson and a half dozen new independent core surf sales reps.
Richards, a former professional athlete and veteran of the action sports industry, continues to manage an internal staff of two category sales managers and six in-house sales support staff.
