Los Angeles, CA – March 14, 2011 – Dirty Bird Productions, a privately-held management group in fashion, entertainment and lifestyle brands, has licensed the global use of the Modern Amusement brand and its iconic crow mark to Manhattan Beachwear Inc. in an exclusive swimwear agreement.

 

In a 3 year, global agreement, Manhattan Beachwear will be the exclusive licensor of Modern Amusement women’s swimwear and swim-related cover-ups. The agreement extends Modern Amusement’s daring attitude with color, print and pattern into the global swim market.
