January 25, 2011] – Sony today announced the signing of both Chris Cole, one of the most recognized skaters in the industry, and Tom Asta, one of the most exciting emerging skaters on the scene, to the newly founded PIIQ headphones team.

ABOUT TOM: An up-and-comer in the pro skater circuit, Tom has finished second in both the 2010 East Coast and West Coast Maloof Money Cup events, and second in “Best Trick” at the Woodward Beijing grand opening celebration (2010). Buddies with Chris and from the Philly area himself, Tom has recently been featured in TransWorld SKATEboarding’s “Skate and Create” issue.
