Inspired by the “laid back” California lifestyle, the new site is clean, fresh, and effortlessly fuses vintage nostalgia with modern day social media as postcards from So. Cal. dance across the home screen, instantly transporting visitors to the photo shoot locations of the 2011 campaign.
“I want visitors of our new site to really connect with our brand.” Designer and Creative Director Monica Wise explains. “I think the new site gives visitors a personal look inside our brand and our devotion to the swim lifestyle. My personal favorite is our Mix’n’Match section and the “Love” tab that allows visitors to get a personal look at what inspires my team daily.”
Visitors are also treated to favorite looks personally styled by Monica who mixed and matched the best styles from the 2011 collection in the updated “Look Book” tab.
A new interactive “Mix’N’Match” tab complete with “Chloe, the Paper Doll” has been added, giving visitors their chance to create their own L*SPACE look. With a click of the mouse, visitors are encouraged to have fun dressing “Chole” in every style and print in the L*SPACE collection to find a look that “suits” them best.
