Still a month before the September 10-12, 2010 show, Surf Expo announced today that its swim section is near sell-out status.
With more than 250 women’s, juniors’ and childrens lines, it’s the deepest offering retailers have seen at Surf Expo in recent years. New lines like Original Penguin, WeSC and Seafolly are joining hot swim brands like Malibu Dream Girl, Sunsets and surf shop mainstays like L*Space, Quiksilver, Billabong and O’Neill, to create an offering that spans the gamut of the coastal marketplace.
“The swim industry has always made Surf Expo a priority. Swimwear is a product every waterfront shop and resort needs,” says Show Director Roy Turner.
“With a large buying contingency from the Caribbean, South and Central America at our September show added to the mix of retailers from across the country -- and retailers buying from both action sports and resort and boutique retailers -- manufacturers can expect to be busy non-stop.”
