Former DC Shoes SVP of Merchandise, Design and Production joins One Industries

Press Release:

June 10th, 2010 (San Diego, CA) - ONE Industries, Corp., today announced the addition of Vicki Redding to its senior management team as Vice President of Apparel.

“Adding Vicki to our team is a defining moment in the evolution of this brand. Casual apparel is already a significant part of our business and Vicki is here to drive the growth strategies we have for the future. We are growing very rapidly and are focused on executing the many opportunities we have identified for the brands growth in action sports. This is a very exciting time for us!” says Neil Calvesbert, CEO.

“I am excited to join this dynamic company and be part of its rapid growth over the next several years” said Vicki. “The passion and vibe at this company are amazing and I believe ONE Industries has a unique opportunity to become a major player in the Action Sports Industry.”

Calvesbert added, “There has been a sudden elevation of awareness in the co-lab business, especially with Energy Drinks. ONE was the originator of the co-lab with Monster stretching back to 2005 and it is interesting to watch other brands now wanting to be a part of this. We built a separate co-lab division which includes Monster, Rockstar and Hart & Huntington apparel, which will also benefit from Vicki’s experience and leadership.”

Vicki was recently the Senior Vice President of Merchandise, Design, and Production for the apparel division at DC Shoes. She was a contributing factor to the rapid growth of apparel in the company over the past 2 years. Under her direction, DC expanded the Global product line, which resulted in strong volume growth. Vicki started her career 17 years ago at Quiksilver, overseeing the America’s boys division, then Men’s business. She was promoted to SVP for Quiksilver Merchandise and Design and eventually managed the global product for both the Roxy and Quiksilver brands before moving to DC.

Founded in 1997, ONE Industries, Corp. is a globally recognized leader in technical apparel, helmets, protective products, graphics and lifestyle apparel. Originally launched as a Motocross specific brand, ONE has evolved into a multi-category action sports brand built on the principles of performance, quality and winning. With a heritage firmly developed on motocross and supercross tracks around the world, endorsed by champion after champion, ONE Industries is the brand of the future.
