First European action sports market website

MDM Sarl launches a new website, www.aspom.com, a unique platform connecting job-seeking candidates, agents and distributors with the major economic players of the European board sports and outdoor action sports industry.

The idea for www.aspom.com came from the observation that very few recruitment professionals in France and the rest of Europe are adequately specialized or have experience in the action sports industry. There is a need for such an enabling platform for candidates and employers as well as agents and distributors in search of new brands. The concept is simple: Clients representing hiring companies or brands pay an online fee to publish their offers and interested candidates apply for those offers free of charge.

Each prospective candidate has access to all offers available within the European Action Sports Market whether he or she is an employee, agent, distributor or trainee and regardless of the job profile searched. All postings are in French and English.

Founded by Alexander Messmer and Carole Diger Chiquirin, both former executives in the action sports industry, the site has been online since the beginning of May, 2010 and already shows promising results.

Beyond the website www.aspom.com, MDM Sarl offers other distinct activities:

- Recruitment specialized in the European board sports and outdoor industry

- Consulting: business start-ups and management for foreign action sports companies wishing to establish their business in France.
