Before Shop-Eat-Surf, there were two sites I paid for premium content on. One is Surfline, the other is the Wall Street Journal. One is about all things surf, the other, the best business content site in the world. Shop-eat-surf is the intersection of those two worlds. Shop-Eat-Surf provides everything from coverage of events, people, brands and trends. L*Space owner wants to be acquired someday

Monica Wise has big dreams for L*Space, the luxury swim brand in Lake Forest. Monica's been working hard on the business for nine years and is the sole owner.


Monica WiseThe brand is really getting traction, landing some big accounts such as Victoria's Secret and select Anthropologie and Macy's West stores. Her hope is to be acquired by someone in the surf industry someday so she has the resources to go big with the brand. She's been approached by people outside the industry, but hasn't been interested in partnering with them.
